Swandor Hotels & Resorts - Kemer

Just got home from an amazing ten days in paradise. On the first day, due to our plane being delayed by 5 hours we ended up arriving at 5 am at Swandor. We were immediately treated so well as we were escorted to our room. Unfortunately our key scanner on our door wasn’t working but the staff were intensely apologetic and even offered us a room upgrade to the duplex room which we declined because the stairs were tiny and steep and made of marble so it could’ve been dangerous for the kids. The hotel room was lovely. The best we’ve had in any all inclusive hotel. A free snack fridge filled with branded drinks and Doritos that is fully included and restocked every day. Amazing bathroom, comfortable beds, beautiful balcony. It was perfect! Our personal favourite at Swandor was the beach. Although the beach had pebbles, the water made up for it, crystal clear turquoise water and you could see to the bottom. There is also a large pier with a bar on and various sun beds and multiple opportunities to jump off into the ocean or climb down the ladder. This is where we spent most of our time as it was so beautiful. On the beach bar they are serving unlimited soft serve ice cream it’s amazing. There is also two large pools one aimed at kids and one for everyone. Lovely temperature and great sunbed availability! There was also a large water park we didn’t spend much time here as the slides were a bit intense for our family. The food was fantastic. Prior to coming we were concerned due to other reviews saying there wasn’t enough choice but they were wrong. The buffet was HUGE with literally everything I tried being phenomenal. The only downside was the desserts but that’s a given with all inclusives. The best dessert they have to offer is baklava and it is delicious. Branded drinks and alcohol served everywhere in the resort. The shows were AMAZING honestly we go to evening entertainment expecting it to be awful for a laugh but it was genuinely entertaining and found ourselves enjoying it practically every night. Also the restaurant manager at dinner times was so friendly and we already miss him! The downsides- although there was nothing much that annoyed us the Russian guests were rude to both other guests and staff. Nothing physical just an awful attitude towards everyone and I really felt for staff. They were demanding and mean to them. They would push in the line at the bar or restaurant. Not the best. Overall we are missing Swandor so much and recommend it to anyone!

Another great holiday at Swandor kemer . We returned for the 2nd time and was still very impressed with the entertainment team (REMZI ) was great, easy to communicate with good English speaking, good communication and activities through the day and night all done with a smile . Swandor is a great hotel and we have now had two great holidays here .

Excellent resort. We stayed as a family of 4 (kids aged 12 and 9). Entertainment, pools, pier, food and drink are all good. The whippy ice creams were great on the beach. Valentine was excellent with the kids, always had a smile. Also the very friendly shop owner - Dennis. Only negatives would be: - No access to the a la carte restaurants as AI customers. On most AI trips at a similar level we have been granted limited access to these restaurants as an alternative. After we visited the concierge we were offered this for one evening (of 10) at just one of the restaurants - The pool is all the same depth (1.4m) so no option for kids to play polo, headers, catch etc - Russian is the alternate language to Turkish here. Definite cultural divide with some of the other guests from The East and still seems the Russians get special treatment.
